15 weeks

I'm starting to get annoyed with the having to pee in the middle of the night thing. I almost never had this issue before. What's worse is that I think I would almost deal with it better if it was at 3 am, or some other ungodly hour, but waking an hour before the alarm sucks. Sometimes I try to fight it. I try to convince myself that if I can just manage to get back to sleep that I won't pee myself in the next hour, but it's too late, I'm too awake to not get up and take care of things. It's supremely unfair.

The baby is growing away and from what I've read I could start to feel it soon. I think wishful thinking had convinced me that I had already, but I think it's really just tummy grumbling digestion and/or gas.

Email except:

Your growing baby now measures about 4 inches long, crown to rump, and weighs in at about 2 1/2 ounces (about the size of an apple). She's busy moving amniotic fluid through her nose and upper respiratory tract, which helps the primitive air sacs in her lungs begin to develop. Her legs are growing longer than her arms now, and she can move all of her joints and limbs. Although her eyelids are still fused shut, she can sense light. If you shine a flashlight at your tummy, for instance, she's likely to move away from the beam.

That sounds like a fun game, but we wouldn't really know if the experiment was working or not, now would we?
