You know what gets my goat?

It really bothers me that the medical community continues to date pregnancies based on last menstrual period. So, for example, based on that I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant, today but umm that dating includes the last time that I was having my period. I wasn't really pregnant in those first couple of weeks, dummies. It's misleading and I don't like that.
